The event, scheduled for August 29, 2025, at Jamboree Education Nepal in Putalisadak, represents the largest gathering of US academic institutions ever hosted in the country.
The one-day fair will provide Nepali students with direct access to university admission officers, scholarship opportunities, and immediate application processing that typically requires months of correspondence. Representatives from institutions across multiple US states will be conducting on-site interviews, profile assessments, and potentially offering conditional admission letters to qualified candidates.

The fair will feature specialized sessions including virtual campus tours, dedicated STEM program sessions, business school presentations, and liberal arts program showcases.
