Prime Life Insurance Calls Out AGM

Kathmandu/ Prime Life Insurance (PLIC) has called out AGM On December 5 at 2:00 PM.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 15 percent stock and cash dividend of Rs 19 million.

In this regard, the company will close its book on November 26, thus, the sharehodlers registered in its book till November 25 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
